How do I access the course?
You can log in and access the course at any time via the course login on the Eat Run Lift website.
How long will I have access to The PCOS Program?
Your purchase gives you 12 months access to the program. There will be downloads which you can keep forever. We recommend saving them to a Dropbox or Drive.
How long will I have access to the Hormone Heal training programs if I purchase one during checkout?
Your optional purchase of a Hormone Heal training program will give you a 12 week training plan with 4 months of app access included. This extra time on the app can be used to catch up on missed weeks or save the PDF files of your training plan so that you can keep it indefinitely. App access cannot be extended further, if your purchase expires or you do not access the training program within the given period you will need to purchase it again to re-activate your program and app profile.
How is the course delivered?
The PCOS Program is a self-paced 16 module course that you can start or stop at any point in time. It’s a combination of videos, audio, and text. Once you’ve purchased the program you will receive immediate access to log in and get started. We recommend setting aside about 30-60 minutes each week to work on the program and the accompanying workbook.

Yes. In this program there is no prescriptive diet, but I will be taking you through nutritional guidelines that will be optimal for improving your PCOS. I will help you understand and recognise what foods work well (or not) for your individual body, and educate you on how you can adapt your eating habits to heal, not hinder your PCOS.
